At Fairhill approximately 20 paid part-time and full-time employees (equivalent of about 15.5 full-time employees) - which includes three hybrid paid part-time/volunteers - are the initial nucleus of the Fairhill team. But these efforts are supplemented and enhanced by over 120 older adult volunteers and approximately 40 younger (teenagers in the kinship care program) volunteers.
As a team, this intergenerational group of individuals are the delivery system for Fairhill’s successful aging programs!

Age 18 or older? You can volunteer with Greater Cleveland Volunteers. Since 1972, Greater Cleveland Volunteer has provided volunteer opportunities for men and women throughout greater Cleveland. Their goal is to find satisfying work for volunteers and assist partner agencies in fulfilling their missions. If you volunteer for Fairhill you can also join Greater Cleveland Volunteer and receive their benefits and recognition. Click here for the application.
