A Matter of Balance
Gain confidence with Matter of Balance (MOB). Falls are more common than strokes and can be just as serious.
Over 60 years old? Concerned about falling? Interested in improving balance, flexibility, and strength? Falls are preventable! Make a difference!
Enroll in A Matter of Balance or MOB. Classes are coached by peers – members of the community who took the course and then were trained to teach the classes to others.
- Join an eight-week MOB course.
- Enroll a friend or relative in MOB.
- Arrange for MOB to be taught where you live.
- Become a MOB coach.
Join one of the following 8-week, no-charge courses today:
- Eight Tuesdays, 10:00 am to 12:00 pm, February 7 to March 27, 2012.

- Light refreshments provided.
- NO CHARGE, donations appreciated.
