A Matter of Balance
Gain confidence with Matter of Balance (MOB). Falls are more common than strokes and can be just as serious.
Over 60 years old? Concerned about falling? Interested in improving balance, flexibility, and strength? Falls are preventable! Make a difference!
Enroll in A Matter of Balance or MOB. Classes are coached by peers – members of the community who took the course and then were trained to teach the classes to others.
- Join an eight-week MOB course.
- Enroll a friend or relative in MOB.
- Arrange for MOB to be taught where you live.
- Become a MOB coach.
CLASSES are:
- Wednesdays, June 9 to July 28, 10:00am to noon
- Wednesdays, September 22 to November 10, 10:00am to noon
There is no charge for the Matter of Balance classes.
